Returns

You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, accessories, and protective nets).

For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been worn, cut, dyed, or styled are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style, length, or color, please contact us at contactus@thesilque.com within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, and our standard return policy will apply.
