At The Silque, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags, accessories, and protective nets).

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been worn, cut, dyed, or styled are not eligible for return.

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@thesilque.com with your order number.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your wig for a different style, length, or color, please contact us at contactus@thesilque.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as returns.


Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, the order may already be processed, and our standard return policy will apply.
